Dillons, Walmart, Target & JCPenney Deals 6/17/2011

I went on a shopping extravaganza today, but I really didn't spend very much or get all that many items.  However, I did spend all day just roaming the aisles looking for unadvertised deals and steals.

I was hoping to find a few more Huggies Wipes, but all three Dillons I visited were completely wiped out.  Luckily these Mega Events usually last 2 weeks, so I'm not sweating any bullets about missing out on a great deal yet : )

Here is what I did manage to find...

Dillons

Yogurt and Gummy Bears not pictured.  Left them at my parents house when I wanted to keep the yogurt cool!

• Garnier Fructis Conditioner @ $.99 on Manager's Special: used $1/1 from RP 6/5 = FREE
• (2) Yo-Baby Organic Yogurt 4 pack @ $1.49 on Manager's Special (normally almost $4!): used $1/1 (came in the mail, can't remember what from?)= $.49 each
• (2) Haribo Gummy Bears @ $1: used $.30/1 Printable (doubled, but no longer avail.)= $.40 each

 Walmart

• Secret Deodorant Trial Size @ $.97 :used $1/1 from P&G Everyday Savings Booklet= FREE + $.03 overage
• (3) Old Spice Body Wash Trial Size @ $.97: used $1/1 from P&G Everyday Savings Booklet + $1/1 from P&G Mailer= 3 FREE+ $.09 overage
• (2) Always Thin Pantiliners @ $.93: used $1/1 from P&G Everyday Savings Booklet + $1/1 from packaging somewhere- I think a prior sample?= 2 FREE + $.14 overage
• (4) Nexcare Bandages @ $1: used $1/1 Printable (no longer available)= 4 FREE
• Shout Wipes Trial Size @ $.75: used $1/1 Printable (may not be available anymore?)= FREE + $.25 overage

•  (4) UP2U Gum from Mentos @ $1.28: used $1/1 from SS 6/5 = $.28 each
• Hersey's/Honey Maid/ Jet-Puffed for S'Mores @ $6.71 total: used $1/3 from SS 5/15 = $5.71 for all 3 items

Target

• (2) A-1 Steak Sauce @ $3.19: used $1/1 from SS 6/5 + $1/1 Target Printable= $1.19 each
• (2) Travel Size Wet Ones @ $.97 each: used $1/2 from SS 5/22 = $.47 each

Total Grocery Spending: $18.68
Total Tax: $3.28
Total Savings: $29.62

JCPenney

Okay, this was my absolute favorite savings of the day!!!  JCPenney sends out these really awesome coupons from time to time, allowing you to save $10 on any purchase totalling $10 or more.  My mother gave me hers, and I also received one this time.  So, I did two separate transactions (coupon states only one per customer per visit)- one when I arrived at the mall and one a little later after other browsing.

This was a wonderful opportunity for me to pick up some much-needed personal items for our oldest, who has been sporting holes in his socks and running out of underwear before I manage to get to his laundry.

I was able to get 2 packs of socks in the first transaction.

• Adidas 6 pack on Clearance @ $5.99
• Arizona 6 pack on Clearance @ $4.49
• Total out of pocket after tax was $.52 : )
• Total Saved Shows as $20.51 !!!

In the second transaction, I purchased 2 packages of underwear.

• 2-pack of Spider Man Boxer Briefs on Clearance @ $3.99
• 7-pack of Arizona Briefs @ $6.49
• Total out of pocket after tax was $.52 : )
• Total Saved Shows as $20.50 !!!
