Recipe of the Week 3/12/11

If you like cheeseburgers and you like soup, here is the perfect way to have both at the same time: Cheeseburger Soup from  I have to say, I really think it tasted better when I ate it as a leftover the next day, but it was still very good fresh as well.  It might be one of those recipes that would benefit from being fixed in a slow cooker, so that the ingredients could have a little extra time to meld together.
