Recipe of the Week 1/29/11

This week I'm taking a walk on the spicy side, by introducing's Pepperoncini Beef recipe.  What I LOVE about this is the simplicity.  Throw your meet, garlic, and jar of pepperoncini into the crockpot first thing in the morning, and BAM supper is ready when you get home from work (or throw it in the night before for a lunch).  Some of the reviewers suggested cutting back on the amount of pepperoncini, but I haven't had any problems with it coming out too hot.  Enjoy!
