Even though Thanksgiving and Christmas have passed, there is still time to take advantage of holiday leftovers. Relish trays seem to be a staple at big get-togethers, and there are often lots of veggies leftover. Why not cash in at your New Year's festivities by asking for a doggie bag and taking some home? Tonight's supper is going to be an easy turkey-noodle soup, made with leftover turkey, carrots, and celery that I didn't even have to buy.
